OwnIT.help’s model was designed to empower technical experts to resolve customer IT problems without the stress of dealing with marketing, legal, customer acquisition, and billing. OwnIT.help takes care of all that. Every Technical Partner also has access to the entire Network of other Techs for input and advice.

 

Once OwnIT.help connects you with a customer, YOU own that customer’s IT issues from initial troubleshooting through completion. This includes coordinating times to remote in or meet them at their home or office, providing outstanding customer service, and working quickly to resolve their issues. Best of all, no headset required!

OwnIT.help needs Technical Partners with all levels of experience. No degree required! But there are a few things that we look for in our Technical Partners:

  • Ability to hold yourself to a high standard while working autonomously

  • Dedication to keeping close communication with your customers via text, phone, and email

  • Prompt, courteous, and professional

  • Ability to travel to client homes and offices

  • Dedication to helping people in your community and other Technical Partners
